Shipping Regions
We currently only ship to the UK. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at support@repalt.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

All UK orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check the tracking link first. Still need help? Email us at support@repalt.com with your order number, and we’ll sort it.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. REPALT is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
REPALT will use the address provided at checkout for delivery of the product. Any mistakes or incorrect information provided, leading to failed or incorrect delivery, will mean the customer is fully liable for the loss.
